To maintain full warranty coverage, we recommend annual professional maintenance, using your equipment according to the manufacturer's guidelines, and keeping your original purchase documentation. Unauthorized modifications or commercial use may void certain warranty terms. When in doubt, give us a call — we're happy to advise.

Warranty Questions

How do I know if my product is still under warranty?

Contact us with your product model and approximate purchase date. We'll check your warranty status directly with the manufacturer and let you know exactly what's covered.

Do I need my original receipt?

It helps, but it's not always required. If you purchased from BBQ Concepts, we have your order on file. For products bought elsewhere, we can often verify warranty through the serial number.

What isn't covered by warranty?

Normal wear items like grill grates, igniter batteries, and cosmetic weathering are typically excluded. Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications is also not covered. We'll be upfront about what qualifies.

How long do warranty repairs typically take?

Simple repairs are often completed same-day. If parts need to be ordered from the manufacturer, the process usually takes 1–2 weeks. We keep you updated throughout.

Can I transfer my warranty if I sell my home?

Most manufacturer warranties stay with the product, not the owner. Our extended service agreements are also transferable. We'll help with the paperwork if needed.

Do you warranty products I didn't buy from BBQ Concepts?

We can often help facilitate manufacturer warranty claims even for products purchased elsewhere, though service fees may apply for the labor. Call us to discuss your situation.
