Services Description
BBQ Concepts provides custom outdoor kitchen design, construction, and installation services in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. We also offer an AI-powered kitchen design tool, product sales, and consultation services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by BBQ Concepts are estimates and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on material availability, site conditions, design changes, and other factors. We reserve the right to adjust pricing to reflect current material and labor costs.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project contracts. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. All payments are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or construction has begun, unless otherwise required by law.
Warranty
BBQ Concepts provides a workmanship warranty on all construction and installation services. The duration and terms of the warranty are specified in your project contract. Appliance and product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. We are authorized dealers for all brands we carry, ensuring valid manufacturer warranties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBQ Concepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the BBQ Concepts website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of BBQ Concepts or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Custom designs created by BBQ Concepts remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point the design license transfers to the client for personal use only.
Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the website. You may not use our AI Kitchen Designer or other tools for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
